BOOKING/CANCELLATION POLICY.

  • Upon your confirmation, we shall require a 35% deposit in order to secure your bookings.
  • Final payments can either be paid online/transfer 30-14 days prior arrival OR you can pay in Cash upon your arrival.
  •  The safari would be fully refundable if you cancel 30 days prior arrival date.

ACCOMMODATION

Wherever possible, we book rooms with private baths throughout on basis of two person sharing the room. Single rooms or rooms with private bath cannot be guaranteed.

TRANSPORTATION

A Safari four-wheel drive vehicle will be provided according to the route and number of participants. The right is reserved to employ the service of a sub contractor. English speaking driver/guides are provided.

ALTERATION TO TOURS

The right is reserved to change any route or arrangement should the conditions necessitate, as is the right to offer substitutes of equal value or to cancel the operation of any scheduled tour. The right is also reserved to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of any tour at any time in which equitable amount will be refunded.

REROUTING SAFARIS 

Tanzania Safaris Trips very seldomely will reroute Safaris. This is due to room availability and Special Campsite availability. When this happens clients will be informed as far in advance as possible. Tanzania Safaris Trips and its agents act only as the agents of the passenger in all matters relating to accommodation, meals, tours and transportation of any type, and shall not be held responsible for inconvenience or omission of service, injury, delay, loss or damage from any case in any manner, however, including weather, machinery breakdown, labour disputes, civil disturbances and government orders .

    • Non-refundable: Applied if the policy does not allow refunds for any cancellations.
  3. Exemptions: Situations where fees may be waived, such as emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

  5. Rescheduling Options: Details on whether bookings can be changed without incurring penalties.

    • Flexible Policies: Allow cancellations with minimal or no penalties closer to the reservation date.
    • Strict Policies: Require cancellations far in advance and may charge high fees or offer no refunds.

    5. Special Circumstances
